Congratulations to all participants of the Third Annual CYAA Baseball Skills Challenge.

C.Y.A.A. Programs have been carefully developed to take into account the developmental stages of the players, offering seven baseball divisions and one girls softball division to meet the challenges of each age level. It’s not hard to picture some of these youngsters on a major league field someday – many of our players have gone on to play high school and collegiate level sports, others use their experiences in leadership roles and some play just for fun! Every C.Y.A.A. player gets a uniform and hat to keep. An end of the season picnic is held at Ontario Beach Park to celebrate the season and award trophies.

e Charlotte Youth Athletic Association has provided quality recreational sports for the young men and women in northwest Rochester, New York for the past 54 years. Established to foster and promote athletics in the Charlotte community, the CYAA program has taught fair play and good sportsmanship to thousands of boys and girls over the years.

Some might say that one of the feature attractions of “City Living at its Best” is the Charlotte Youth Athletic Association. With so many changes in our community, it is important to know that Charlotte maintains it’s “hometown values” and that our children are at the core of that philosophy.
